A traveling Smithsonian exhibition is located in Woodbine Elementary School, 801 Webster Ave., Woodbine.

         - Life along the Bayshore, Feb. 9th in Dorchester.   

  • "Hollybush” Summit 40th Anniversary
    Forty years ago, in the Hollybush Mansion on the grounds of then Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson and Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin met face to face for an historic two-day summit meeting (*) to debate their opposing views on the 1967 Arab-Israeli Six-Day War.

  • Delaware Bay Day Festival - June 14-15, 2008
    The largest FREE festival in the tri-state region, Delaware 'Bay Days' is held along the Maurice River in the historic New Jersey fishing villages of Bivalve, Port Norris and Shellpile.
    The East Point Lighthouse, located in Heislerville, will also be a satellite site for this event.
